RazorPlan Referral Program is an initiative to reward the loyal RazorPlan users that are helping us grow. If a person you refer to RazorPlan subscribes for a minimum of one month you will receive one extra month added to you current subscription. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) shall govern the relationship between the participant (“Participant”) and Razor Logic Systems Inc. (“RLS”) in regard to the RazorPlan Referral Program (“RazorPlan Referral Program”). Participant agrees that by emailing a referral they shall be bound by this Agreement. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall modify or alter the terms of any other agreement between Participant and RLS. This Agreement and the RazorPlan Referral Program incentives are subject to change, in RLS’ sole discretion, without notice at any time.
Participation in the RazorPlan Referral Program is limited to current RazorPlan customers and users that are residents of Canada.
In order to be eligible for the RazorPlan Referral Program, referrals must be made using the “Refer a Colleague” button found in the RazorPlan program. Referrals made by any other means will not be eligible for the RazorPlan Referral Program incentives.
Participants may refer a Contact (“Contact”) by sending an email to a contact with RLS support copied. Only contacts that are referred via email qualify for the RazorPlan Referral Program.
If the Contact referred to RLS signs up for RazorPlan and becomes a RazorPlan paid customer within 6 months of the date the referral email is sent, the Participant who referred the Contact shall be eligible for one (1) additional month of subscription to RazorPlan (“Referral Credit”). A Contact must purchase a minimum of one (1) month subscription in order for the Participant to be eligible for a Referral Credit.
If a referred person is a former customer of RLS, such person shall only qualify as a Contact if the person has not been an RLS customer at any time in the six (6) months preceding the Participant’s referral via email.
If two different Participants refer the same Contact, the Referral Credit shall be granted to the account to which the first Participant who made the referral belongs.
