We are RazorPlan creators

RazorPlan was developed in an active planning environment while working with real clients, helping us to create the most usable and real-life applicable software on the market. The end result is a program designed around how planning is actually done and not how it is perceived to be done.

RazorPlan was created in 2011 by Dave Faulkner, CLU, CFP, through his company Financial Plan Advantage Ltd. (FPAdvantage). Dave is a pioneer in the financial planning software industry and the original designer of one of the most well-known financial planning programs available in Canada. FP Advantage later became Razor Logic Systems; in May 2019, Nest Wealth acquired Razor Logic Systems; in 2024, Objectway acquired Nest Wealth, refreshing the RazorPlan brand in 2025.

Objectway works towards a common vision to give wealth professionals access to the best tools and solutions that ultimately help their clients become better off.
